Terms & Conditions
The Event Organiser is Ice Leisure Group Ltd (Registered in England, Company #08488117, Office 7, 35 - 37 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JN).
The Event Area is the ice-rink, marquee, and other areas under the control of the Event Organiser.
These terms and conditions apply to all tickets purchased on this website (iceleisure.co.uk) or at events operated by the Event Organiser.
By purchasing you are entering into a contract with the Event Organiser.
Safety rules and information
- All skaters, spectators and guardians must read and agree to the Safety Information, which will be displayed within the event area.
Admission and arrival
- All skaters must present a valid ticket of the appropriate type and value for admission. ID or proof of eligibility is required for concession tickets (e.g., carer, student).
- Children must be accompanied (see Safety Information).
- Proof of age is required when, in the opinion of the Event Organiser, the ticket holder does not meet the requirements of the ticket or other age-related term within this contract.
- A security search may be conducted by the Event Organiser prior to entry, or whilst within the Event Area.
- The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to the Event Area, or eject from the Event Area, anyone at it's reasonable discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Security concerns
- Health & Safety
- Environmental
- Intoxication, impairment, or inappropriate conduct.
- Valid tickets must be presented at the skate hire desk, to collect skating aids, and to enter the ice-rink.
- Ticket holders are responsible for arriving at the ice-rink at least 20 minutes before the start of their booked session.
- The time taken for the Event Organiser to check and validate tickets, provide skating aids, and provide skates is included in the session duration.
Tickets
Purchases made online
- Tickets are made available two hours before the start of your booked session.
- A link to the tickets will be sent to the email, and mobile, you provided during purchase.
- A screenshot of the tickets is not valid, the tickets must be displayed in your web browser on your mobile device.
Purchases made at the event
- A receipt based ticket will be provided.
- Tickets must be ready for inspection and scanning at reception, skate-hire and to collect skating aids.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable. Each ticket is valid for a single person only.
Cancellation, Refund and Exchanges
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No refund, credit, or exchange will be provided for refusal of entry, ejection, late arrival, missed sessions, invalid tickets, booking errors, or lost/stolen tickets.
- At the discretion of the Event Organiser, subject to availability, and only when the process is completed at least two hours before the start of the booked session, the order page may offer the option to:
- Cancel the tickets (subject to cancellation fee of at least £3.50 per ticket).
- Move all of the tickets to an alternative session with equivalent value, subject to availability.
Animals
- Animals, except assistance dogs, are not permitted within indoor areas of the Event Area.
- For safety reasons, assistance dogs are not permitted on the ice.
Ice Conditions & Cancellation
- Weather conditions or ice maintenance may result in a wet ice-surface. This is considered acceptable to skate on.
- Staff will actively monitor ice and weather conditions and, in rare circumstances, temporarily halt or cancel ice-skating sessions for safety reasons.
- If a session is cancelled or curtailed within 30 minutes of the publicised start time, tickets may be rebooked for an alternative session via the order page, subject to availability.
Liability
- The Event Organiser’s liability for event delay or cancellation is limited to the face value of the ticket, excluding booking fees.
General
- These Conditions are governed by English law. All parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. No third party has the right to enforce any terms of this contract.
- These Conditions constitutes the entire contract and understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior written and oral representations, agreements or understandings between them relating to the subject matter.
- The failure by any party to exercise any right or remedy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. No waiver shall be effective unless it is communicated to the other parties in writing. A waiver of any right or remedy arising from a breach of these Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any right or remedy arising from any other breach of these Conditions.
- If any Condition or provision of these Conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal, the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Conditions shall not be affected.
- The Event Organiser may amend these Conditions from time to time and any changes will be posted on the Event Organiser's website(s).
- The Event Organiser shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance of the contract which result from circumstances beyond the Event Organiser's reasonable control.
